What is Specialised Substitute Residential Care?
This is an arrangement between a parent and an organisation for a child to receive care away from their usual home.
The care is for:
Children aged 5-17 years of age
Stays of 3 or more nights within a 7-day period
Respite or behaviour support, or funded by the NDIS
Overnight stays (emergencies)
Short-term stays
Regular support
Long term assistance
We ensure your children are safe, well-cared for, and happy, so that you can have peace of mind.
Our Process
We will get to know you and your child to make sure your child enjoys their stay with us.
That includes finding out about your child’s:
likes and dislikes
daily routines
required help and support
activities they enjoy
emergency contacts and instructions
communication methods
special needs
